CEO, Founder
Michael Gross, founder and CEO of Crossfire Business Solutions, Inc., has over 44 years of experience in telemarketing and business services. He transformed Crossfire Marketing Group from a telemarketing firm into a diversified business solutions company, expanding into multiple industries.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Michael began his career at Jones Boys Sales and Promotion, becoming President at 25. His expertise in business development and marketing has been instrumental in Crossfire’s growth.
Now semi-retired, Michael remains involved in CBS and other ventures, including CannaPayers and Crossfire Payments, which offer credit and debit card services. His leadership continues to drive CBS’s success.
Josh Hirsch
Managing Partner
Josh brings over a decade of experience in merchant processing, with expertise in both standard and high-risk processing, as well as cannabis payments and business development. As the Managing Partner at Crossfire Payments, he provides customized payment solutions across various industries, with a focus on cannabis processing and banking, drawing on 7 years of experience working with dispensary owners and cannabis-related businesses. Previously, as Sales Director at PayNetWorx, Josh managed agents and referral partners, developed new business, and oversaw a diverse portfolio. He also built strong relationships in POS and shopping cart integrations while bringing valuable knowledge in ecommerce, recurring billing, and standard processing.
